What services do you provide? We offer a full range of janitorial and cleaning services to include: floor care – strip and wax, window cleaning (ground level only), carpet cleaning and hardwood floor buff and wax, vacant property care, new and remodeled construction cleaning, office cleaning, rental apartments cleaning
Are you insured and able to provide a Certificate of Insurance? Yes. We can provide you a certificate of our general liability insurance.
Do you supply paper products for the bathrooms? We can provide supply paper products and break room supplies as needed.
Do you require contracts? For larger jobs we do suggest a service agreement with a 30-day cancellation clause by either party. This helps us better plan our scheduling and labor.
What areas do you serve? We serve Metro Atlanta areas of Alpharetta , Avondale Estates, Berkley Lake, Buckhead , Buford , Clarkston, Chamblee, Cumming, Decatur , Doraville, Druid Hills, Duluth , Dunwoody, Johns Creek , Lawrenceville , Lilburn , Lithonia , Marietta , Norcross , North Druid Hills, Roswell , Sandy Springs , Smyrna , Sugar Hill , Suwanee , and Tucker.
Do you provide services for residential customers? We provide residential move-out/move-in or special event cleaning only.
Why should I choose Cleenkleen? Our work is guaranteed and management takes personal responsibility for all jobs. Our staff is trained to report any and all occurrences or suspicious activities observed in your building while performing their chores. In addition, we do not at any time give anyone access to your property unless authorized by you or a designee.
May I get a quote over the phone? Phone quotes rarely reflects the true scope of quality services a customer deserves, as such we prefer a physical walk through.
How can you ensure me that I can trust the people doing the cleaning? Our cleaning personnel go through background checks, track records in our industry, and drug testing. Our training program includes proper procedures and safety training when in the workplace.
What are the hours of operation? Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm, Saturday from 9:00am – 1:00pm. We are closed on Sunday and holidays however, for emergency services on these days we routinely respond within two (2) hours or less after receiving your message.
